I am a passionate and visionary nonprofit leader committed to driving social change and empowering underprivileged communities across Africa. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of TIWAEA-Africa, I champion initiatives that uplift women in agriculture, while also leading CEBECPEN to promote public awareness and behavioral transformation across Nigeria.
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit/Public Organizational Management from Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma, USA, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Uyo, Nigeria, and a National Diploma in Law from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori. Leveraging my diverse background in psychology, law, and leadership, I am committed to developing impactful programs that address the unique challenges faced by underserved communities. My passion lies in fostering community development, particularly focusing on youth and women's empowerment. I believe that sustainable economic transformation in Africa begins with selfless leadership and a strong emphasis on collaboration.
As a Youth Coach and Mentor, I develop and implement innovative programs that nurture talents, inspire the next generation, and encourage creative thinking and purposeful living.
I envision a future where individual growth catalyzes collective action, transforming obstacles into golden opportunities. My mission is to foster a vibrant, collaborative environment through different organizations that drives transformative change. Together, we can forge a brighter, sustainable future for vulnerable women and youth. By harnessing the immense power of community engagement and economic empowerment, we can uplift those in need, combat poverty, and create an equitable society with lasting impact. Please let's join forces to inspire change and build a better tomorrow for all within our sphere of influence.
